The leaves on the trees have been falling like crazy, so since it was a beautiful weekend Asa decided to go do a little yard work and rake some of them up. He decided he could use some extra help, so I gathered the "yard tools" my mom got the crew from the dollar store this summer and sent Deuce outside with Asa to get the yard looking nice.
Of course when the two of them went outside without her, Alexis was not too happy. So I gave her the shovel, threw on her jacket, and sent her out to do some work as well.
Deuce "helped" with the raking, then Alexis "helped" scoop up the leaves and put them in the garbage bag. She started by picking up each leaf one at a time and then putting it in the bag, but did eventually let me help her hold the shovel as Deuce and Asa raked the leaves onto it so we could toss them in the bag.
