Deuce's preschool class took another field trip earlier this month - this time to a local pizzeria! I volunteered as a chaperone, and this time Alexis was able to go as well (pizza fanatic that she is!).One of Deuce's teachers eats at the restuarant with her family quite often, so in an effort to do more with the local schools, the owner invited the kids to his pizzeria - even opened up two hours earlier than normal so the children could come before the usual lunch crowd.
He gave the children a tour, showed them how "real" pizza is made, and made enough FREE pizza for all the kids and the adults!
Everyone had a great time, and the pizza was PHENOMENAL (in case you can't tell from Alexis' full cheeks or how Deuce is eating it down!)
